The following postprofessional programs in the Mercer University College of Health Professions Department of Physical Therapy are accredited by the American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education (ABPTRFE):
- Residency in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy,
- Residency in Neurologic Physical Therapy, and
- Residency in Cardiovascular/Pulmonary Physical Therapy.
The Residency in Wound Management Physical Therapy is a developing program in the Mercer University College of Health Professions Department of Physical Therapy and is pursuing accreditation by the American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education (ABPTRFE).
The Fellowship in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy in the Mercer University College of Health Professions Department of Physical Therapy is accredited by the Accreditation Council of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Education (ACOMPTE).
