2023-2024 Tuition and Fees

Tuition and fees are subject to change upon the recommendation and approval of the University’s Board of Trustees. Any new tuition and fee schedule is effective at the beginning of the summer term. The tuition rates for the 2024-2025 academic year will be set by the University’s Board of Trustees in April 2024.

Doctor of Physical Therapy

  • Tuition (per semester): $11,206
  • Technology and Facilities Fee (per semester): $150
  • First Semester Equipment and Clinical Practice Track Fees: $900
  • Fourth Semester Equipment and Clinical Practice Track Fees: $775
  • Fifth Semester Clinical Practice Track Fee: $200

Master of Medical Science (Physician Assistant Studies)

  • Tuition (per semester) (Remains the same until graduation): $13,250
  • Technology and Facilities Fee (per semester): $150
  • Didactic Course Fee and Medical Equipment: $1,600
  • Clinical Course Fee I: $1,700
  • Clinical Course Fee II: $1,700

*This estimate does not include expenses for health insurance, laptop, parking, background screenings/drug tests, immunizations, transportation, professional organization dues. It is recommended that students budget an additional $7,000 to cover expenses associated with the 15 months of clinical phase.

Master of Public Health

  • Tuition (per semester for 9 credit hours): $9,081

Master of Athletic Training

  • Tuition (per semester): $8,250
  • Technology and Facilities Fee (per semester): $150
  • First Semester Lab Fee: $300
  • Second Semester Lab Fee: $80
  • Fifth Semester Lab Fee: $80
  • Other Expenses*: $2,900

*Other expenses may include immunizations, physical exam, background check, laptop computer, textbooks, uniforms, professional memberships, and travel to clinical sites.

Financial Planning

The Office of Student Financial Planning is available to provide information and assistance to students who need financial aid in order to attend the University. Financial aid may include a combination of loans, scholarships, grants and part-time employment. It is important that students apply for financial assistance as early as possible so that forms may be processed and the financial need of each applicant determined. All necessary forms and applications can be obtained from the Office of Student Financial Planning or at Mercer’s website.

Atlanta

Students may speak with a financial aid advisor during office hours with no appointment necessary. Students who would like to make appointments may do so by calling 678.547.6444. Additional information is available online at https://financialaid.mercer.edu.

Bursar’s Office

The Bursar’s Office is available to provide information and assistance to students who may have questions regarding a monthly payment plan, student health insurance payment, tuition refund and reimbursement policy questions, and more. All necessary forms and applications can be obtained from the Bursar’s Office or at Mercer’s website.
