Jonathan Hill

Prof. Jonathan Hill is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies. He received his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Mercer University and his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Georgia.

As a certified Physician Assistant, Prof. Hill has clinical experience in pulmonary medicine, critical care, and urgent care. He currently practices at an urgent care facility in the Athens area. He has served as adjunct faculty in Mercer University’s Physician Assistant Program since 2021 and joined the full-time faculty in 2024.

Prof. Hill is an active member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants (GAPA) and the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA). He has served nationally as a representative for the state of Georgia on the AAPA House of Delegates since 2022 and is also an elected member of the Pi Alpha Physician Assistant Honor Society.
