Dr. Jeffrey G. Ebert

Dr. Jeffrey Ebert is a clinical associate professor of physical therapy for the Department of Physical Therapy in the College of Health Professions. He joined the faculty in 2013. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Creighton University after completing his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Augustana University.

Dr. Ebert is a board-certified specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy with nearly 15 years of clinical experience treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including several years managing a busy, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation department in a level I trauma center.  He continues to see patients in the department’s on-site physical therapy clinic.

Dr. Ebert teaches physical therapy examination and intervention principles and skills for patients with musculoskeletal, movement analysis, and gait.

His current research areas include the impact of clinical behavioral traits on patient outcomes, and the scholarship of teaching and learning.

He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and APTA Georgia.
