Caroline Sims
Caroline Sims is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies at Mercer University. She serves as the Assistant Academic Director in the Physician Assistant Studies Program. She joined the faculty of Mercer University’s Physician Assistant Program in 2026.
Professor Sims received her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Behavior from the University of Georgia and her Master of Medical Science from Mercer University. As a certified physician assistant, she has practiced internal medicine for four years.
Professor Sims is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates. Professor Sims’ research interests include dermatology and nutrition.
