Professor Catherine Sadowski is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies.  She received her Masters of Health Sciences from Duke University Physician Assistant Program and Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and History from the University of Virginia.

She has over 12 years of clinical experience as a physician assistant, working in a variety of clinical settings, including neurosurgery, oncology, and otolaryngology.  Since entering PA education in 2010, Prof. Sadowski teaches topics in physical examination and history taking, clinical medicine, clinical decision making, behavioral medicine, and surgery.  Her research interests include the scholarship of teaching and learning.

Prof. Sadowski is an active member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants (GAPA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and Physician Assistant Education Society.  She has served nationally on the AAPA House of Delegates since 2017.  She received the Faculty Achievement Award from GAPA in 2016.
