Clinical Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator
Professor Tia Solh is Clinical Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies. She received her MS degree in Physician Assistant Studies and her BS degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Wayne State University in Detroit. She has practiced as a PA for over 10 years in a variety of specialties, including emergency medicine, internal medicine, infectious disease, oncology, and psychiatry.
She was previously a faculty member of the PA programs at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine - Georgia campus, and Nova Southeastern University - Orlando campus.
She has authored or co-authored three peer-reviewed articles since 2015. Her research interests include interprofessional education and innovative methods of experiential education. She is a regular speaker at local and national conferences for physician assistants.
